This guide will help you identify low density asbestos fibreboard (LDB) and will provide you with information about managing and handling LDB.

You should use this guide if you think you may have LDB in your workplace, are a worker who handles or is likely to use LDB, or if you supervise a worker who handles or is likely to handle LDB.

You can contact your WHS regulator to check any licensing or notification requirements before starting work.

The model Code of Practice: How to safely remove asbestos is the full guide on asbestos removal.
