Model Code of Practice: How to manage and control asbestos in the workplace

This model Code of Practice sets out the requirements for how to manage and control asbestos in all workplaces, including when working in residential premises.

This Code is for:

• people who manage a workplace that has asbestos
• employers and workers engaged in asbestos-related activities or work in a workplace that has asbestos
• health and safety representatives at a workplace that has asbestos.
