This guide was developed and published prior to amendments to the model WHS Regulations in 2022. The guide is an archived document and is provided for background only. The guide may be useful background information to understand psychosocial hazards and how they can be managed but does not reflect the requirements in the model WHS Regulations.

For information on current requirements see Model Code of Practice: Managing psychosocial hazards at work.

This guide was originally published on 7 June 2018 and was amended on 21 January 2019 to correct minor editorial errors. There was no change to the substantive guidance.
