The National Return to Work Strategy 2020–2030 drives action to improve return to work outcomes for ill and injured workers.

Return to work rights and responsibilities are set out in workers’ compensation laws and workers’ compensation authorities’ policies.

Although each workers’ compensation scheme in Australia is different, all want to support a positive return to work.

This strategy addresses return to work in a national context.

For more information, go to the National Return to Work Strategy page.
