This is the current version of the model WHS Regulations, dated 1 September 2024, which includes all amendments made since 2011. For the model WHS Regulations to have effect in a jurisdiction it must be implemented in that jurisdiction. Amendments to the model WHS Regulations do not automatically apply in a jurisdiction.
The model Work Health and Safety Regulations were amended on 1 September 2024. These amendments give effect to the stronger regulation of all materials containing at least 1% crystalline silica.
