This guidance provides information for workers on managing the risks of operating amusement devices.  

This is supported by the guide for amusement devices and specific information sheets for: 

• inflatable devices, and 

• annual inspections and records. 

Please note, this guidance is under review following amendments to the model WHS Act and model WHS Regulations. The amendments include new requirements for improved record keeping and operator training for amusement devices and passenger ropeways. An updated version of the guidance reflecting the amendments will be published once finalised.
