Positive duties under WHS laws require persons conducting a business or undertaking to do all they reasonably can to eliminate or minimise the risk of sexual harassment at work.

On 20 December 2023, Safe Work Australia published a model Code of Practice: Sexual and gender-based harassment. It provides the most up to date guidance. You may still find this resource useful but it has not been updated to reflect the model Code.
