Mandatory consultation for engineered stone prohibition exemption applications
If you would like to apply to a WHS regulator for a type of engineered stone to be exempt from the engineered stone prohibition (regulation 529D), you must first consult the Safe Work Australia members representing the interests of employers and workers in Australia.
