On 20 December 2023, Safe Work Australia published a model Code of Practice: Sexual and gender-based harassment. It provides the most up to date guidance. You may still find this resource useful but it has not been updated to reflect the model Code.
This information sheet provides advice for workers about duties under WHS laws and what to do if they experience or witness sexual harassment at the workplace.
